**Flag Retirement Ceremony at American Legion Post 127** 
Join the Post 127 Honor Guard on **Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM** for a solemn and respectful **Flag Retirement Ceremony** as we properly retire worn and unserviceable American flags with the honor and dignity they deserve.

This ceremony is open to the public. Community members are welcome to participate in the retirement of flags or simply attend and observe this meaningful tradition.

Do you have an American flag that is worn, faded, torn, or otherwise no longer fit for display?

 A flag retirement collection box (located in front of the Post and designed to look like a mailbox) is available for flag donations. Any flags placed in the collection box will be retired properly and respectfully during our ceremonies.

Let us come together to honor our nation’s symbol and preserve this important tradition.
